Back in the Bay the early to mid 80's, it seemed like we were either going to see the GD, the JGB at one of the Keystones, or Lindley & El Rayo at the Keystones or the Catalyst or someplace. So much dancin' and fun!
Ah, I grow nostalgic!

We might have crossed paths at a few shows, I used to work at The Stone in the early '80s, and went over around then to the Keystone Berkeley to see Cipollina and down to the Keystone Palo Alto to see The Undertones.

I wrote up a list of every live show I (can remember) seeing over the years-

The Undertones rule! My Favourite band outta the early punk scene apart from the Clash.

Hey CPW--I'm certain we were at many shows together. Thanks for bringing back memories of long-forgotten venues like the I-Beam, the Oasis(!) and the Fab Mab. Also, I'd forgotten about bands like SVT and Pearl Harbour. What about Translator and Romeo Void? Man, between the GD/JGB scene and the punk/new wave scene, things were hoppin'.

hey Sactown Tom, yeah, I saw Translator and Romeo Void, just can't remember where!
Ben Bossi, Romeo Void's (sadly, late) sax player was in my 7th grade math class. We were the class cut-ups!
